*So what is the title of this show? I usually take the refrigerator as canon for the name of the show. FN can't always get it straight. But the fridge is in Japanese and it translates as Tempura. However, Alton says that the literal translation is "flour like gauze" or "batter-like revealing dress". I'm going to have to stick with the fridge and go with Tempura.
