It seems that there are several version of the Measuring Beaker out there in the world.  Here are the places I could find on the web.  The others mentioned without links or pictures were noted in the Good Eats Yahoo! Club.  I haven't verified those locations.

The Perfect Beaker is designed for measuring both wet and dry ingredients with precise accuracy. Mix salad dressings, healthy drinks or flour mixtures for breads. The narrow base ensures accurate measurements even in small quantities. The scientifically calibrated measurement guide includes cups, fluid ounces, pints, teaspoons, tablespoons, and milliliters/cubic centimeters. A beveled rim makes pouring easy. Measure sauces, dressings or marinades completely in this single vessel. (Sku: #126755)
