I had quite a few pages to rework and I have given it a good faith effort to remove said material. There is the possibility that I might have missed an item. If you find such an example, please do not hesitate to contact me via electronic mail at [email address]. I will make the changes as soon as possible. I would also like to thank you for a cordial letter and also for explaining the reasoning behind your request.
