| I was sailing in the South Pacific, what a sight! Gettin' hungry so I go below to get a bite. A wave crashes on the boat and I’m not upright. Now here I am shipwrecked just like AB’s plight. So I search for mangos, coconuts and papaya. But all I see is herd of ox so here’s my mantra ... Carvin’ up a carcass gettin' an appetite. Gonna make me some delicious oxen tripe. I really can’t complain and cannot gripe. ‘Cause the stomach is fresh, it smells good and ripe. Savory respite, Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. Started out this morning feeling good and sprite. Thought I’d try my hand at fishing on the briny bight. Got my coconut named W and some tainted tripe. And as I go crazy I take big ole bite. Savory respite, Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. Now the heat is causing me to thirst. I think I might dehydrate. Will I starve or die before I get some tripe? What is my fate? Carvin’ up the carcass gettin’ an appetite. Gonna make me some delicious oxen tripe. Then I’ll cook it up with dates dried in the bright sunlight. And dream of Briner friends by the warm camp light. Savory respite, Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. Afternoon with tripe. |
